Opportunity
The Rentals list page helped retreat centers manage inquiries and bookings, but through user interviews and analytics, we discovered inefficiencies. Users were reapplying the same filters repeatedly, couldn’t easily view rental inquiry responses, and found the reporting (saved filtered views) system outdated.

• Led UX research (interviews + data analysis) to uncover core pain points.
• Designed end-to-end solutions in Figma, from wireframes to high-fidelity UI.
• Collaborated with developers on behavior specs and QA for rollout.
